Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business says) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@sunglowsauna.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

The purchaser has the option to cancel and return items to the seller, contingent upon the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Responsibility for any loss incurred during the return, as well as shipping, handling, restocking, and associated fees, rests with the purchaser, as detailed in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

The seller retains the right to decline refunding any deposit or payment, or to cancel any outstanding payment until the seller: a) receives the goods, b) inspects the goods, and c) at the seller's discretion, verifies the goods are undamaged. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the product is returned to the warehouse and inspected.

Returned items must be in their original packaging. The seller may decline to refund part or all of any payment, or cancel payment if the buyer fails to fully comply with the terms and conditions of this policy.

Shipping, handling, and restocking fees apply to all cancelled orders and returned goods, including: a) storage fees and routing costs, b) a 20% handling and restocking fee of the total purchase for each sauna, c) all shipping costs to and from the seller, and d) obtaining a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from the seller. Failure to obtain the RMA number will result in the seller not accepting the return shipment, and the buyer will be responsible for all associated costs and fees. These costs and fees, as determined by the seller, must be paid by the buyer upon demand.

FAQ

Q: Is assembly of the sauna difficult?
A: Your sauna will include a user manual which will illustrate assembly of your sauna. Average assembly time, for two adults, is 1 hour. If you have any questions or require assistance with assembly of the sauna, please contact us at 909-212-5555.

Q: Where will the power supply and power cord be located on the sauna?
A: The power supply/control box is located on the roof of the sauna. The power cord is
approximately 10 feet in length and comes from the power supply box on the roof. The power cord can travel from the roof and down either side of the sauna room or down the rear wall panel to a power outlet. It will reach a standard outlet; however, you can install the outlet above the sauna room for easier access.

Q: Are the floor and bench heating panels meant to run at a lower temperature than the wall panels?
A: Yes, the heating panel on the bench (behind the calf) are purposefully at a lower wattage. This is a safety precaution to prevent discomfort or burns on the back of the legs. If they are warm to the touch, then they are functioning properly.

Q: Is it safe to keep an electronic device (mp3 player, phone, etc) inside the sauna in the heat?
A: Electronic devices are safe in the heat of the sauna, however please keep the device as close to bench level as possible. At this level, the device is safe.
