Description & Key Features

Genuine Harvia sauna stones are selected according to old traditions and convey a genuine sauna atmosphere. Harvia sauna stones provide good and soft heat. Split-face sauna stones are the only correct stones for electric heaters and woodburning stoves because they can store lots of heat and the water evaporates efficiently from the wide surface of the fracture. Angular split-face stones also allow for loose placement of the stones, which is the most important requirement, particularly in electric heaters in order to make it possible for the heat to be conveyed to the sauna room between the hot stones and heating elements. Good air circulation in the stone space makes the electric heating elements last for as long as possible.

The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment and on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for curbside delivery “only” and will lower the items to ground level.

Prior to shipping this product, we contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses.

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business says) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. 

Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@sunglowsauna.com 

Unloading: This item will be delivered curbside only on a pallet by a freight carrier.

Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@sunglowsauna.com and we will process a claim on your behalf. 

Cancellations & Refunds:

The purchaser has the option to cancel and return items to the seller, contingent upon the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Responsibility for any loss incurred during the return, as well as shipping, handling, restocking, and associated fees, rests with the purchaser, as detailed in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

The seller retains the right to decline refunding any deposit or payment, or to cancel any outstanding payment until the seller: a) receives the goods, b) inspects the goods, and c) at the seller's discretion, verifies the goods are undamaged. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the product is returned to the warehouse and inspected.

Returned items must be in their original packaging. The seller may decline to refund part or all of any payment, or cancel payment if the buyer fails to fully comply with the terms and conditions of this policy.

Shipping, handling, and restocking fees apply to all cancelled orders and returned goods, including: a) storage fees and routing costs, b) a 20% handling and restocking fee of the total purchase for each sauna, c) all shipping costs to and from the seller, and d) obtaining a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from the seller. Failure to obtain the RMA number will result in the seller not accepting the return shipment, and the buyer will be responsible for all associated costs and fees. These costs and fees, as determined by the seller, must be paid by the buyer upon demand.
